Show Chef
he Show Chef is an evolution of the Show Cooking. An incredible occasion where the Chef will realize the menu in front of the guests, that will be sitting around the social table, in a dedicated room. The Carriage Room is reserved for the format, so called because in the 1400s it was the place where the carriages of the ancient palace where the restaurant is located were kept.
Every week the Show Chef can be booked for individual and for group experiences, up to 14 guests.

The Show Chef evenings will start with a minimum of 8 guests. If the reservation is for less than 8 people, the confirmation will be notified the day before the reservation.
