Intimate and pleasant atmosphere
The Restaurant has shed its skin with a totally new concept, inspired by the history of the ancient neighborhood it’s located in and by it’s oldest traditions. Four halls, each with a different mise en place and each with its own unique story to tell.
THE GALLERY: Where many pieces of art were discovered.
THE COURTYARD: The ancient yard where all the outdoor activities were done, from shoeing horses to tanning the hides.
THE WAREHOUSE/THE STABLE: The place that was used to park carts and carriages. In this hall we have inaugurated our Social Table, to propose a convivial atmosphere to our guests, or for exclusive dinners for groups.
THE LODGE: The ancient entrance, a junction room that was used to store wood and other raw materials.
